Online Banking Upgrade
The following contains information and dates you need to know regarding the availability of Online Banking and the Mobile App, including some changes you will see.
Friday Night, March 15, 2019 - Online Banking and the Mobile App will be unavailable while we transition your account to the new Online Banking platform.
Monday, March 18, 2019 - The new Online Banking and Mobile App will be available.
Important Login Information
Login: Your Login ID will remain the same
Your Password will change: You will sign on using the last 6 numbers of the PRIMARY member's social security number. You will be prompted to set up a unique password.
Challenge Questions: Once you sign on, you will be promoted to change your password and create new challenge questions.
Transfers: All NESC account transfers will transfer to the new system. Any transfers you setup to take or send money to other financial institutions will need to be set up again.
Bill Payment: Bill Payment will be unchanged. All payees and scheduled payments will remain in effect.
Account Nicknames: If you nicknamed your accounts on the old system, those account nicknames will NOT be transferred to the new system. New nicknames can be quickly set up under the Settings Link.
